Q15: Can I remove the VAT/Tax from the sales price?
You can only remove the VAT/Tax if your organisation is registered and have a VAT/Tax ID. Simply add the VAT/Tax ID in the designated text box during your purchase.
Q16: Is the software license permanent or does it have an expiry date?
Single user licenses are permanent providing you follow the license activation instructions we provide during your purchase. You risk losing the license if you didn’t follow the license removal instructions.

Network license are not permanent and they generally expire after 3 years.
Q17 I want to remove my license and install it on another computer, is this possible?
Currently licenses are permanent and not removable, if you have a current valid maintenance plan please contact us for assistance, if you format your computer, you should be able to re-install the license on the same computer by logging in to your account in the activation center and updating the license to recover it back on your computer.
Q18 What if I don’t have access to the computer that I had the license installed on, will I still be able to use my license on another computer?
Unfortunately, no, if you don’t have access to the computer, you had the licence installed on then you can’t retrieve your license, you will need to purchase another license.
